Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP)

Basis the public announcement dated October, 21, 2021, notice is hereby given that the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench has ordered for CIRP of Raghuleela Builders Private Limited (RBPL) vide its order dated October, 04, 2021 which was delivered to IRP on October, 20, 2021.

The Creditors of RBPL are hereby called upon to submit a proof of their claims on or before November,05, 2021 in the prescribed forms, to the Interim Resolution Professional at the address given below:
